How much does it cost?
Plans start at $4.99/month. If you go over your plan's minutes or texts, extra calls cost 3¢ a minute and extra texts 2¢ each, paid from prepaid credit. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes and telecom fees may apply.
Which plan is right for me?
Basic, $4.99/month: one number with 300 calling minutes and 500 texts a month, plus voicemail. Good for a second number you use now and then.
Unlimited, $14.99/month: unlimited calls, texts and picture messages to the US and Canada, plus voicemail transcripts and call recording. Good if Talkwish is your main number.
Pro, $24.99/month: everything in Unlimited, with two numbers, call forwarding and priority email support. Good for keeping work and personal calls apart.
You can switch plans at any time from your dashboard.
What does unlimited mean?
On Unlimited and Pro, calls and texts to US and Canada numbers have no monthly cap for normal personal and work use.
Unlimited plans are covered by the fair use rules in our terms of service. They don't allow things like autodialing, bulk or marketing messages, running a call center, or reselling the service. If an account's use breaks these rules, we may contact you or limit the account.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Anything beyond your plan's allowance is paid from prepaid credit on your account: 3¢ a minute for calls, 2¢ per text and 5¢ per picture message.
Add credit from the billing page in your dashboard. Top-ups start at $10.00.
Your plan's allowance starts fresh each billing month, and the usage page in your dashboard shows how much you've used so far.
How do I change my plan?
Go to billing in your dashboard and choose a new plan. You can move up or down at any time.
If you move from Pro to a plan with one number, you'll choose which number to keep. The other number is released.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Plans are paid monthly in advance. When you cancel, your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and we don't refund partial months unless the law requires it.
If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@talkwish.com and we'll look into it.
Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
In your dashboard, under billing. You'll find an invoice for every plan payment and credit top-up.
The usage page in your dashboard shows the calls, texts and credit you've used this month.
How can I pay?
With any major credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so your full card details are handled by Stripe and not stored by Talkwish.
You can update your card at any time from billing in your dashboard.
Do you charge taxes or fees?
Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes. Depending on where you live, sales tax and telecom fees may be added to your bill. They're shown on your invoice.
If your card is in Canadian dollars or another currency, your bank converts the charge and may add its own fee.
